Samantha Stein, founder of The Love Club, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. Samantha specializes in sex therapy, relationship therapy, and helping individuals and couples explore intimacy, sexuality, communication, and emotional connection.

A core focus of Samantha’s work is supporting self esteem, sexual health, and relationship concerns in young adults and couples. She has extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and provides affirming, inclusive care for clients exploring gender identity and sexual orientation. Samantha also supports couples experiencing mismatched desire and sexual concerns, including erectile or orgasmic difficulties, as well as challenges related to sex and pornography use. She is an LGBTQ+-affirmative, kink-aware, and ethically non-monogamy (ENM)-inclusive therapist.

With significant experience guiding clients through both past and recent trauma, Samantha utilizes an eclectic therapeutic approach that integrates trauma-focused CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic therapy. Samantha also has extensive post graduate training, and is a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP).She is also member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), and is deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore all aspects of their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Samantha enjoys summers at home in Long Island, NY spending time with her puppy, Cholula, savoring pumpkin spice lattes, and creating far too many Spotify playlists.
